This was also before we realized that because of the marathon we couldn’t get a cab to the airport and we freaked out for half an hour trying to make it to the train station to get a cab. We finally got a cab two blocks from our apartment and barely made the flight home. So in the end screw you Florence marathon, but the city you were held in was beautiful.
