Going from my room to the living room is a shock to my system. Mostly because in my room it’s probably 75 or 80 degree’s. Downstairs in the living room it’s closer to 65. Yea there’s that much of a discrepency in temperature in this house. So when I’m mostly in my room [like I am today before work] I’ll be in shorts and a t-shirt and feel completely comfortable. However if I’m going anywhere else it’s back to ‘normal’ winter-weather clothes.

What’s interesting about blogging on your own site as opposed to say, diaryland, or livejournal is that no longer are you presented with other people’s blogs unless you actively go looking for them. I remember when I first started dland I’d updated my own journal and then click on some other ‘recently updated’ ones. But now that I’m on my own I don’t read anyone else except for maybe one or two. Which is sad, cause I used to read some interesting journals that way. Sure I guess blog-rolling and the sort are a way to find other diaries, but really the only way to get into blog-rolling is to already know where blogs are and then you add them to your ‘roll’ and so on.

Guess I wish I knew of some way to find other bloggers in a completely random manner.
