Focus. She said focus. Whatever.

There was something I wanted to comment on that I saw while driving into work [yes I had a job today] but damned if I remember what it was. Grr, I hate when that happens. Cause I’m pretty sure I even said to myself, “I gotta remember this, because it’s too amusing to not comment on.” And what happens? I forgot about it. Guess it wasn’t that important.

This is going to sound nerdy, but oh well. I literally can’t wait until next Tuesday. Why next Tuesday do you ask? Why because GranTurismo 4 comes out that day, and you can bet your sweet bippy I’ve already reserved it and have plenty of time setup in advance to play it. Yes it’s nerdy, no I don’t care. Because sometimes it’s good to just get into something and let it absorb you away from the real world.

Which reminds me of something I wanted to talk about [no it wasn’t the thing from this morning]. I realized a while ago that I think a lot of times why we get into relationships with people, or desire them, is because whenever you start a relationship you inevitably get so into them for a certain amount of time you forget about everything else. The same thing can happen with a video game, or music, or some movie. And I think that every person needs this from time to time simply so they can forget about their current problems, or whatever’s on their mind and simply have fun. I know that’s why I used to love going to see everything all those times. Because when I was at the show for those 2 or 3 hours, the real world didn’t exist behind those walls around the stage.

Since I have no relationship to focus on lately, I’ll gladly focus my energy on beating all the license tests in GT4.

ps. if you know where the ‘title’ of this entry comes from, say so in the comments cause I’ll be impressed if anyone gets it right.
