There’s nothing quite like logging into your site and seeing an error message. Especially when you haven’t touched anything in a few days. Needless to say I got a nice scare this morning when WordPress told me it had a problem opening the comments table. Specifically that it had an ‘erro:145’ trying to open wp_comments.MYI. Thankfully there’s google and that told me all I had to do was simply get into phpMyAdmin and use the SQL query window and do REPAIR TABLE wp_comments and that fixed everything nice and dandy. Hell I didn’t even lose any comments, so yay for that.

Now in looking for a fix to my problem I realize there’s a 2.0.1 release of wordpress out there that man I guess I’ll have to update tonight when I get home from work.
