I have a weird habit of clenching my jaw. Never enough to make me have a headache or anything like that it’s just that sometimes I’ll be watching tv or using the computer and realize that for no apparent reason I’m clenching my jaw again. At which point I stop for a while and don’t really think about it until the next time it happens.

I realized this again today and wondered “Why in the hell do I keep doing it?” But lord only knows why, and somehow I don’t think it’ll stop.
