It’s not every weekend that your favorite football team can win 7-nil. That’s more closely resembling a close-fought american football game than a normal football game. But that’s what my boys did this weekend.

Then on Sunday my other boys managed to beat Indy, in Indy! Of course when Jerome fumbled on the 2 with about 2 minutes to go I thought I was going to die. I had just got done proclaiming Bill Cowher beautiful and the entire team awesome when suddenly I look up and the Colts have the ball. Praise jebus for Big Ben making a game-saving tackle.

It’s weekends like this that make you thankful you’re a sports fan. There’s nothing quite like jumping up and down and screaming and yelling to whoever you support.

Now we have to go to Mile High and beat the Broncos, which isn’t going to be easy. The altitute, coupled with the fact that Denver’s D is pretty good and that Jake Plummer is also damned good should make it a helluva game.
