Garden State

Well Garden State was as I expected, quite good. Some parts were a bit slow, but overall it was quite good. Zach Braff is quality as always, and Natalie Portman continues her being the ‘hot’ girl yet also looking like she’s your next door neighbor. If you’re in the mood for a comedy that’s not over the top in idiocy, yet also makes you feel warm and tingly afterwards, go see Garden State it’s worth your money. And if you like the movie and the music, go spend the money and get the soundtrack it’s quite the bee’s knee’s. I think I’ll end up buying it even though I have most of the tracks on their albums, but I love Colin Hay a lot and this has a new song by him so…

This weekend was interesting in what happened, and what supposedly happened but didn’t, and I’ll kind of leave it at that. Maybe I’ll say more later this weekend but right now I’ve got other things to do. So go to your nearest theater playing Garden State and check it out, then buy the soundtrack.
